VIMI FASTENERS HAS ACQUIRED 100% OF MF INOX
- Set up in 1992, MF Inox is specialized in the design and manufacturing of hot forged and machined nichel alloys and stainless fasteners that are corrosion resistant and suitable for high and low-temperature applications. Main application’s sectors: Oil&Gas/Energy, Infrastructures. In FY2017 MF Inox posted Sales of 6,4 €M. Headquarters and manufacturing plant is located in Albese con Cassano (CO), Italy. MF Foreign markets account for roughly 67% of its total sales.
- Vimi Fasteners is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of high engineered fastening solutions supplied worldwide to the most important manufacturers of industrial machinery and automotive. Headquarter and manufacturing plant are located in Novellara (RE), Italy. Vimi Fasteners posted in 2017 sales of 43,4 million Euro. Through the acquisition of MF Inox, Vimi has the opportunity to widen its product portfolio & increase business in the Oil&Gas/Energy & Infrastructure MF existing customers. Thanks to this acquisition, Vimi will strengthen its ongoing process aimed to the listing of its financial instruments on AIM Italia / Alternative Investment Market (“AIM”). The value of the deal is undisclosed.
- Scouting S.p.A., the independent financial advisory firm focussed on Investment Banking activity and proven experience in cross-border transactions, acted as financial advisor to Vimi Fasteners both in M&A and Corporate Banking (Corporate Acquisition Financing advisory) transactions.
