Emak sold 100% of Raico to Kramp Groep

EMAK SOLD 100% OF RAICO TO KRAMP GROEP

  • Emak S.p.A., parent company of one of world major groups working in the sectors of outdoor power equipment, pumps and water jetting, and of the related components and accessories, has signed a binding agreement for the sale of 100% of the share capital of Raico Srl to Kramp S.r.l., Italian subsidiary headquartered in Reggio Emilia of the Kramp Groep, a European leader in the distribution of spare parts and accessories for the agricultural sector, with the headquarter in Netherlands. This agreement provides for a consideration of 5.5 million euros.
  • Closing is expected within the current month of March. Scouting Spa acted as exclusive financial advisor to Emak Spa, supporting itself during the negotiation and execution of the selling of 100% of the share capital of the controlled company Raico to Kramp Groep.
