SCOUTING CAPITAL ADVISORS ASSISTS ULMA PACKAGING IN ENTERING RAMA S.R.L.

  • Milan, 6 February 2025 – ULMA Packaging S.r.l. (‘ULMA Packaging‘), a world leader in packaging technology, takes an important strategic step by acquiring 40 per cent of the Italian company Rama S.r.l. (‘Rama’), a company specialising in the design and production of innovative machinery and plants for packaging automation, offering solutions tailored to customers’ specific needs.
  • This partnership, which is the result of more than 15 years of successful collaboration, will enable ULMA Packaging to expand its offering and strengthen its ability to respond to customers’ growing needs in the automation sector. The combination of ULMA’s experience in packaging and automation technologies and Rama’s expertise in line systems guarantees tailor-made solutions of high quality and operational efficiency. With jointly developed state-of-the-art technologies and an established presence in more than 80 countries, the integration opens up new opportunities in the major markets of Europe, America, Asia, Africa and Oceania.

  • In the transaction, ULMA Packaging was assisted by Scouting Capital Advisors as financial advisor of the transaction.
