The quotaholders of Sacemi-Gamar Srl, an Italian manufacturer of electric pumps and motors for various industrial applications, have successfully completed the sale of 100% of the quota capital  to the Mezzalira Investment Group led by Giammaria Mezzalira, which is based in Vicenza.
Scouting Spa, a financial  advisory firm backed by local banks and controlled by a team of professionals with in-depth experience of special transactions in the mid-corporate segment in Italy and abroad, assisted the sellers throughout the entire process of scouting, negotiating, structuring and closing the sale transaction.
Sacemi-Gamar Srl, with offices in Noventa di Piave (Venice), specialises in the production of submersible plunger pumps and electric motors for various industrial applications.
The transaction was coordinated and carried out on behalf of Scouting by Filippo Bratta (Partner), Marco Musiani (Partner) and Luigi Dalla Costa (Senior Manager). Professionals from PwC Legal (TLS), Padua office, coordinated by Davide Frau, supported the sellers in negotiating and settling the legal and contractual aspects of the transaction.
