CDC SPA SELLS ITS MAJORITY SHARES TO LFD WAELZGER GMBH

  • The shareholders of CDC Spa sell their majority stake to LFD Waelzlager GmbH with the support of Scouting Spa involved here as sellside advisor.
  • CDC Spa, a historic brand of Padua-based Italian industrial distribution specialising in bearings and rolling elements, has finalised an agreement for the sale of its controlling stake to the German group LFD Verwaltungsgesellschaft M.b.H.
  • The operation aims to make CDC Spa the cornerstone of the German group’s development in the Italian market.
