  • Roberto Baroni, shareholder of Centro Petroli Baroni, a company operating in the distribution of petroleum products based in Emilia Romagna, operates the reorganization of the corporate structure by acquiring the capital shares owned by the second branch of the family through the creation of a controlling holding company.
  • Scouting acted as financial advisor of the operation of family buy out. The operation was coordinated and executed on behalf of Scouting by Rinaldo Sassi (CEO of Scouting) and Richard Pratissoli (Senior Analyst).
