ICCREA Bank has acquired the 20% of Car Server Spa via Capital Increase

ICCREA BANK HAS ACQUIRED THE 20% OF CAR SERVER SPA

  • Car Server Spa, a company active in the fleets rental, has finalized a significant development and capital agreement which has allowed Iccrea Banca Impresa to subscribe to 20% of the Share Capital, to which an important commitment of leasing provision will be added to accelerate the development of turnover.
  • The industrial synergy will offer to all the Cooperative Credit customers the rental services managed by Car Server.
