Saica Group acquired 100% of Centroplast

SAICA GROUP ACQUIRED 100% OF CENTROPLAST

  • SAICA Group, a Spanish industrial group leader in the field of recycled paper for the production of corrugated cardboard, has successfully concluded the acquisition of 100% of Centroplast SpA, an Italian company owned by investment funds Athena Private Equity S.A. and IMI Fondi Chiusi SGR.
  • Scouting Spa acted as buyside advisor to SAICA Group in collaboration with Sabadell Corporate Finance in Spain.
