SCOUTING CAPITAL ADVISORS ASSIST ELECTRONIC SERVICE IN THE SALE OF 100% OF ITS CAPITAL TO DF ELETTRONICA
- Padua, 2 August 2024 – Electronic Service S.r.l. (“Electronic Service“), a company active in the design and manufacture of electronic boards and solutions as well as in cabling, has sold its entire share capital to DF Elettronica S.r.l. (“DF Elettronica“), a company active in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector and part of the portfolio of the private equity fund Gradiente. The transaction was finalised on 25 July 2024.
- The acquisition operation financed by Crédit Agricole is part of a strategic plan aimed at creating a group that is a leader in terms of offerings within its reference market. With this operation, the group exceeds €27 million in turnover, expands its portfolio of products and services, and strengthens its commitment to innovation and quality, becoming even more of a reference point for its customers.
- The agreement concluded will see Dario Trentini, founder of Electronic Service, remain with the company as CEO to support and share the group’s development plan.

- Electronic Service, a company founded in 1991 and based in Riva del Garda (TN), specialises in the design and production of electronic boards and solutions for household appliances, machinery and industrial equipment and closed 2023 with a turnover of over €10m.
- Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Calenzano (FI), DF Elettronica specialises in the assembly of electronic boards for advanced technological applications for various sectors, including medical devices, industrial and information and communications technology. Since 2022 part of the private equity fund ‘Gradiente II’, managed by Gradiente SGR, it closed 2023 with a turnover of over €13.5m.
- In the transaction, Electronic Service was assisted by Scouting Capital Advisors as financial advisor, with a team led by Managing Partner Marco Musiani and composed of Director Richard Pratissoli and Analyst Davide Vallosio, Paolo Foschini of the law firm Foschini Pagani for contractual matters, and Marcello Malossini of Studio Gobbi Malossini Zampiccoli Commercialisti Associati for tax matters.
- A team composed of Partner Fabrizio Grasso, Investment Manager Stefania Lotto and Associate Massimiliano Doria worked for Gradiente SGR.
- DF Elettronica was assisted by VGN Studio Legale for contractual and legal due diligence, Epyon Consulting for accounting due diligence, Belluzzo International Partners for tax due diligence, Ramboll for environmental due diligence, and Advant NCTM for transaction structuring.
