The company controls 100% of Armet Srl, a manufacturer of metal cabinets and owns 90% of Tecnopali Srl, specialising in poles and towers for lighting and telecommunications. Since 2023 it has been part of the Euronext group’s ELITE network, which supports small and medium-sized enterprises in accessing capital markets.
  • Italpack, founded in 1992 by Athos Azzolini and headquartered in Tortiano di Montechiarugolo (PR), was joined in 2005 by Vito Albanese, an Italo-British partner. The company has experienced significant growth in recent years thanks to a strong streamlining of its production processes and the strengthening of its commercial positioning in the high-end segment as a result of its historic and consolidated partnership with Thyssenkrupp-Rasselstein, Europe’s largest producer of tinplate. Italpack, which closed its financial year to 30 September 2024 with more than 57 million euros in turnover and 50,000 tonnes processed, has significant growth potential that its membership of the S.Polo Lamiere Group will enable it to express as early as the 2025 financial year.
