Scouting Capital Advisors mission is to support medium-sized companies and their shareholders in their growth and development process through investments in Italy and abroad.
We work alongside our clients in strategic Merger, Acquisition and Sale – M&A – transactions both domestically and cross-border in international markets.

What we do

M&A Advisory

We deal with M&A buy side and sell side transaction in Italy and abroad, taking care of the whole negotiation process focusing on the financial side of each deal and coordinating tax, legal, business and environmental aspects.

We work both sell-side (we identify industrial groups, financial investors or private investor clubs in Italy and abroad, that would best enhance the target company’s project) and buy-side (we identify the best investment opportunities thanks to our multi sector experience and knowledge, with the precious support of our international partners).

Capital Markets

We work close to management teams and corporate owners in IPO

projects: based on the outcome of our preliminary assessment, we identify the most suitable road to market (eg. direct or indirect listing through

SPAC).

Debt Advisory

We first assess the company’s business and financial plan. Together with its management, we identify the most efficient financial structure to support the project. Only then can we structure a suitable and sustainable financial plan – bank and private – that supports investments and the cost management.

Financial Services

Thanks to our risk assessment capabilities, we deal with extraordinary transactions – such as mergers, NPLs, branch sales, acquisitions – supporting financial institutions as banks, insurance companies and other financial operators.
